Amager Citizenship Congress is a community performance centered on home, identity, and belonging.
What does it really mean to belong?
Experience an evening with a diverse crowd of fellow citizens, where we exchange stories about origins and belonging with people from Amager and the rest of the world. What matters to our neighbours – both those who have lived here all their lives, and those who have arrived from elsewhere in the world? On March 19th Amager Park Studio citizens people from Amager and beyond to the premiere of Amager Citizenship Congress!
Since the beginning of the year, Tårnby Park Studio has welcomed citizens from Amager and beyond to share their personal stories. These voices and experiences come together in a collective performance that offers audiences a close and heartfelt insight into the diverse lives that make up our local community.
In collaboration with our dedicated Future Club and talented artists the performance will unfold the many stories.
The performance takes place at Tårnby City Hall, that becomes a gathering place for shared stories and perspectives.
