For the residency at TPS Nilas Dumstrei and his team developed the first test of tavs with a full technical setup and scenography. Eight audience took part in the test which took place in the local park.
!TAVS! stages audience as faceless members of the natural habitat and dissolves the sense of humanness that is alienating us from the undergoing ecological erosion.
In !TAVS! audience explores the surroundings non-verbally while wearing microphones inside their mouths. Audience loose their ability to speak. Instead the internal abstract sounds connects with the audio of the local fauna and organic materials.
